GCC’s DARC Program Offering Spring Semester Information Sessions

Share

Gateway’s Drug and Alcohol Recovery Counseling (DARC) program will offer information sessions throughout the Spring semester. The DARC program prepares students for entering the field of drug and alcohol recovery counseling. Session attendees will gain an overview of the program in addition to understanding course delivery modalities, internship requirements, admissions processes, and more. The first information session is scheduled for February 9th at 6pm and is open to current and prospective Gateway students.

Attending an information session is a great way for students to decide whether the DARC program’s Associate’s Degree or Certificate offerings suit their needs. Participants will learn about available options based on their education goals, career goals, and past education.

During each session, additional time will be allotted for a question-and-answer period.

The full schedule of information sessions to join are as follows:

·       Wednesday, February 9 @ 6:00pm

·       Wednesday, March 9 @ 6:00pm

·       Wednesday, April 13 @ 6:00pm

·       Wednesday, May 11 @ 6:00pm
