Two GCC employees completed the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Program (LGNH). Victoria Dancy and Roberta Prior participated in a comprehensive curriculum that included team building, goal setting, negotiation, and other leadership skills. The LGNH program is in its 31st year. The six-month program provides hands-on leadership training, management and networking skills from community and business leaders. LGNH is held annually from September to March and participants in LGNH conduct community service projects during the course. The Leadership Program offers aspiring community leaders a series of practical hands-on training in professional development and education in social and economic issues. The mission is to educate program participants and support their growth through leadership training and community education so that they may serve as catalysts for change in the Greater New Haven community.
