Gateway Community College President Dorsey Kendrick was bestowed a high honor this fall when she receieved the top Community Leadership Award from the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce. The award ceremony was held October 10 in the Omni Hotel ballroom, where a record number 615 people were in attendance, including Mayor John DeStefano, whom the chamber honored with its Chairman’s Award.
